Description

RULES FOR MY ADOPTS:

damphyr 2 adopts per person within the first 48 hours(after that you can get more)(max 10 per person)
damphyr no shill bidding (serious bids only)
damphyrOnly send payment after I responded to you(you have 72 hours to send it otherwise it'll go to the next person)
damphyr No holds allowed
damphyr Only the winner can use this (If you want to draw fanart or something ask the new owner)

You MUST:

damphyr CREDIT me by adding my DA link or using my username if you plan on sharing to other sites
damphyr At least draw it once(don't just let it sit pretty for eternity)

you can:

add bio, abilities, etc.
save to your computer for personal use or share to other sites(as long as you give credit)
use the character in your own stories
if its not coloured you can add your own colours
If it has no name or it says you can rename it then you can give it a new name
give it other outfits or change the hairstyle

you can NOT:

transfer ownership to anyone until you notify me first(if you don't want it anymore you must either return it to me(no refunds), or tell me you want to resell it but you must resell at the same price you bought it for NO EXCEPTIONS) 
recolor it if already colored 
alter the design
claim that the design is yours and do not give credit for design or who you adopted from
abuse the design
use for 18+ content (unless otherwise stated)

I know some people would rather not be stuck with characters forever, so I changed a rule where you can either give it back to me or resell but only once you tell me and sell at the same price you bought it for. You must also give me the link the the new owner or show proof you sold it the right price. If you do not follow this the character will no longer be yours for not following the rules. These rules are simple to follow and I expect at least some respect for this because a few already tried doing it without my consent. Please don't be that person.
